1. Order Acceptance & Delivery
- Customers are required to receive and accept their ordered products upon delivery.
- If a customer refuses to receive the product, no refund will be issued.
- In such cases, the customer must either:
- Collect the product from the designated pickup point, or
- Pay an additional delivery charge for re-delivery
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For Cash on Delivery orders, delivery charges must be paid by the customer, regardless of order acceptance or refusal.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
- If a product is received in a broken or faulty condition, customers are eligible for replacement only.
- Replacement will be processed with no additional delivery charge.
- Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
4. Change of Mind
- Once a product has been delivered and accepted, returns or exchanges due to change of mind are not allowed.
- This policy is in place because returned products may suffer packaging or handling damage during reverse logistics.
5. Wrong Product Delivered
- If a customer receives the wrong product, they must not open or unseal the packaging.
- The product must remain in its original, intact condition.
- If the packaging is opened or tampered with, replacement support will not be provided.
6. Condition for Returns (If Applicable)
Where replacement is applicable:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All packaging, accessories, and invoice must be intact
7. Limitation of Refunds
Gadgeto maintains a strict no-refund policy unless otherwise required by applicable law. All eligible issues are resolved through replacement only.
8. Final Decision
Gadgeto reserves the right to inspect returned items and make the final decision regarding replacement eligibility based on the conditions above.
