1. Warranty Coverage

Gadgeto does not provide any direct warranty service. All warranty claims are handled solely by the respective product’s authorized brand or manufacturer.

2. Warranty Claim Process

If a customer reports a warranty issue:

  • The product must be submitted to Gadgeto for processing
  • Gadgeto will forward the product to the authorized service center of the respective brand
  • The product will be returned to the customer after the brand completes inspection and servicing
3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for warranty processing:

  • The product must be in fresh and proper condition
  • Any physical damage may void the warranty
  • Water or liquid damage may void the warranty
  • The customer must provide the Gadgeto invoice

Customers are also required to keep:

  • The original product box
  • All included accessories

These items must be maintained in good condition, as they may be required for warranty claims.

4. Brand Responsibility

All decisions regarding warranty claims—including approval, repair, replacement, or rejection—are made entirely by the authorized brand.

If the brand:

  • Declares the warranty void, or
  • Rejects the claim for any reason

Gadgeto will not be held responsible and cannot override or influence the brand’s decision.

5. Service Time

Warranty service timelines are not fixed and cannot be guaranteed in advance. The total time required depends on:

  • The authorized brand’s service process
  • The logistics and delivery providers involved

Customers acknowledge that service duration may vary and cannot be predetermined.

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Gadgeto acts only as a facilitator between the customer and the authorized brand. We are not liable for:

  • Delays in warranty processing
  • Decisions made by the manufacturer
  • Any outcome of the warranty claim
7. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Gadgeto, the customer agrees to:

  • Accept the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions
  • Understand that improper use or damage may void warranty eligibility
  • Acknowledge that all warranty decisions made by the brand are final
  • Accept that Gadgeto has no control over warranty outcomes
